1. SHIPPING COSTS: All orders with a minimum total of 20 EUR are free of charge, orders within Germany and with a total under 20 EUR are charged with 2.95 EUR. Orders to Austria and with a total under 20 EUR are charged with 4,95 EUR.


2. EXCHANGE / RETURN: Your happiness is very important to us. If you are not happy, you can return your happybrush free of charge in the first 100 days if you bought it in our shop - otherwise the return policy of your trading partner applies. Of course we will refund the full purchase price. If your device gets defective within 1 year, we will replace it for you. Additionally, we are currently working on the replacable battery - stay tuned!

Please go to our » Support-Center and prepare all documents. If you have any further questions, you can always contact us by e-mail or call us.

In our support center you can print out all necessary documents such as your DHL return label. The return is of course free of charge with the DHL label.

Now just put your happybrush toothbrush in its original packaging and into a box.

stick the DHL shipping label onto the box.

Hand in your parcel free of charge at the nearest DHL post office and keep the receipt with the tracking number. We pay the return costs.

Return: We will send you a voucher for our webshop after processing your return.

Right of return: Your money will be refunded automatically after your return has been processed (only applies to purchases in the happybrush webshop).
