Where can I purchase my happybrush products?
Our complete product portfolio including accessories is available in our web shop. Moreover, specific toothbrushes, toothpaste and brushheads are available at amazon.de.

Furthermore, you can purchase not only the rotating toothbrushes and associated brushheads, but also specific sorts of toothpaste at dm Germany, dm Austria, and dm Hungary. In addition to this, you can purchase the VIBE 3 sonic toothbrush at dm Austria.

A selection of happybrush products is also available at selected BIPA, Budni, tegut, MediaMarkt and Saturn stores.

What’s the difference between the ROTATING and the SONIC toothbrush?
Our rotating oscillating toothbrushes with round brush heads swing back and forth in a semi-circle. These rotations effectively remove plaque. Have a look on our survey: Studie In addition, there are our sonic toothbrushes with elongated heads. They clean by vibrations. In terms of clinical studies and cleaning performance, both systems are roughly the same. When using rotating toothbrushes, you should clean each tooth individually. Sonic toothbrushes clean larger surfaces at once. Especially people with sensitive gums and an affinity for the manual toothbrush are better of with sonic toothbrushes. Therefore, before purchasing a happybrush, you should take your individual needs and preferences into consideration.
How can your pricing be this competitive?
Well, that’s a simple one. We focus on the essentials. Everything else such as bloated product features and expensive marketing campaigns, are left out, because neither your teeth nor your wallet have an advantage of that!
For how long do I have warranty on my happybrush?
You can return your happybrush sonic toothbrush free of charge within one year and get a new one in exchange. In order to do so, please send us a message via [email protected]
Is the battery replaceable?
At the moment the battery of the happybrush is unfortunately not replaceable, because otherwise we could not guarantee the waterproofness of the product. However, we will replace your happybrush free of charge until the 24th month in case the happybrush was purchased at our online shop.
Is there any animal testing?
Certainly not! Furthermore, our toothpaste and electric toothbrushes have been accepted by Vegan Society and Cruelty-Free & Vegan (PETA).
Is the happybrush also suitable for children?
Dentists recommend the use of electric toothbrushes for adults from 12 years and older.
Can you use your toothbrushes with pacemakers?
Yes, that’s not a problem.
Is it possible to use your toothbrushes with braces, brackets or something similar?
Yes, usually there should be no problem. To be on the safe side, however, please ask your dentist beforehand, as there are always special cases that we cannot foresee.
What if I don't like the happybrush StarterKit?
With our happybrush "100 days trial cleaning" guarantee, you can test your happybrush StarterKit purchased in our shop without any risks and return it within 100 days. ATTENTION: Of course, this only applies to a purchase in our Shop, The return guidelines of our retail partners and other e-commerce platforms might be different.
What is #BrushForWater?
Being a young company, we want to make the world a better place. For every newly purchased package of brushheads, toothpaste or mouthwash, we donate a fixed amount to the German Agro Action and thereby support international drinking water projects.

What is the difference between your models?
No worries, it seems to be more complicated than it actually is. The product type of your happybrush is written on its bottom. If you are not sure, you can also always contact us via [email protected] We have also created an overview, on which you can read about the individual differences. ROTATING TOOTHBRUSH

For how long does the battery of the toothbrush last without recharging?
The power battery accompanies you on your adventures for up to 3 weeks. Show your happybrush the world behind the bathroom door. Our advice for recharging: When charging for the first time, 24 hours is best, then 16 hours is enough.

How can I charge my happybrush?
Quite simple: Each StarterKit includes a small charging station for your happybrush. You can charge it via USB or plug. The power consumption of the charging station alone is 0.3-0.6 W. When your happybrush is fully charged, it switches to standby mode.

Which battery is built in?
Your R2 contains ahigh-performance lithium ion battery: 3.7 V DC 800 mAh

Your R1 contains a high-performance NiMH-battery: 2x2/3 AA 2.4 V DC 700 mAh
How can I check the battery level?
You can see the battery level either on the charging station or by pressing the power button for 2 seconds. You will then see the battery level by the 4 LEDs.
My new rotating happybrush has an inductive charger – can I also use other chargers?
For warranty reasons we would recommend to only use the charger that is included in your Starterkit. You can, however, use other USB power supplies for charging your R2 happybrush.

I have two R1 happybrush rotating toothbrushes and the countdown starts on both charging stations. What can I do?
The happybrush rotating toothbrushes are connected to every happybrush charging station 10 meters away. As a result, the countdown is displayed on each charging station.
How do I activate the travel-lock?
You just have to press the power button for 5 seconds and your happybrush is locked. You can deactivate it in the same way.
How many cleaning modes does the rotating happybrush have?
There are three cleaning modes for both rotating models: Normal (8.800 rotations), Sensitive (6.500 rotations), Polishing (7.000-8.800 rotations). For excellent results, however, we recommend using the Polishing mode after using the sensitive or normal mode for 2 minutes.
How are the cleaning modes displayed?
The cleaning modes are indicated by the LEDs in the handle. (N= Normal, S = Sensitive, P = Polishing).

The modes are also briefly displayed on the R1 charging station when switching the mode.
Is the happybrush waterproof?
The handle and the charging station are waterproof with a protection class IPX7, the power supply has a protection class IPX4.
Is there a timer?
Yes, there is a built-in 2-minutes timer and quadrant timer (every 30 seconds), which gives a signal by short vibration. After 2 minutes the happybrush does not turn off automatically. In addition, the R1 charger has a 2-minute countdown.
How does the happybrush feel?
We use a supersoft-coating for all models. The surface feels comfortable and doesn’t slip.
What are weight and dimensions?
The happybrush weighs 114 grams and has the following dimensions: 22.5 x 3.1 cm (brush head included)
How loud is the happybrush?
We have measured it and it's about 65 decibel.
What is included in a StarterKit?
The contents are: 1x handle, 1x brush head, 1x charging station, 1x USB cable, 1x plug and 1x manual
Can I only use your toothpaste on happybrush StarterKits?
Don't worry, of course you can use another toothpaste. However, we recommend our happybrush toothpaste for a full happybrush experience.

How often should I change my brush head?
Dentists recommend changing the brush heads every 2-3 months. My replacement indicator bristles will tell you when it's time to replace them - just when my smile fades.
Do the R2 brush heads also fit on the R1 or on other toothbrushes?
The R2 brush heads have been designed to fit both the R1 and the R2 handle. In case you want to use the happybrush brush heads with a different brand: They prefer to be used on a happybrush handle and you want to make them happy, don't you?
We are using one happybrush together - How can I differentiate your brush heads?
Differentely coloured rings make it possible to distinguish them from one another.
Do your brush heads have rounded bristles?
Yes, we have strict rules and check them regularly in the quality process.
Which kind of bristles do you use?
We use three different filaments, which are produced in Heidelberg and together they gently take care of your teeth: High-quality triple bristles, replacement indicator bristles and natural, transparent polyester bristles.
How hard are your bristles?
We chose bristles which are not too hard and not too soft.

SONIC TOOTHBRUSH

For how long does the battery last?
Your VIBE 3 happybrush contains a high-performance battery which accompanies you on your adventures for up to 5 weeks. Your VIBE 2 battery lasts for up to 3 weeks. Our advice for recharging: When charging for the first time, 24 hours is best, then 16 hours is enough.

How can I charge my happybrush?
Quite simple: Each StarterKit includes a small charging station for your happybrush. However, your VIBE 2 happybrush can only be charged by plug, not by USB like the VIBE 3 or the rotating happybrush.
Which battery is built in?
V3: A powerful lithium-ion battery: 3.7 V 1.200 mAh Li-Ion.

V2: A powerful lithium-ion battery: 3.7 V 800 mAh Li-Ion.
What is the difference between the sonic VIBE 2 and the sonic VIBE 3?
For the VIBE 3, we have improved the benefits of the VIBE models. The new generation has an even more powerful battery, a new charging station and three improved cleaning modes. We hope you like it!

There are four cleaning modes for your VIBE 2 happybrush: Normal (30.000 vibration, 80% power), Sensitive (26,000 vibrations, 60% power), Polishing (30,000 vibrations, 100% power), Massage (26,000-37,500 vibrations, 60-100% power).
Is the happybrush waterproof?
Yes, all of the sonic toothbrushes are waterproof. The V3 handle is waterproof with protection class IPX7 and the charging station with protection class IPX4.

The V1 and V2 handles are waterproof with protection class IPX5 and the charging station with protection class IPX7. So you can brush your teeth in the shower.
Is there a timer?
Yes, there is a built-in 2-minutes timer and quadrant timer (every 30 seconds), which gives a signal by short vibration. After 2 minutes, your happybrush will give you a short signal.

The V2 will turn off automatically after 2 minutes.
Is the gap between handle and brush head normal?
Yes, this gap is important for the vibrations to be transmitted correctly.

What’s the difference between the sonic model V1 and V2?
With our sonic model V2 we have made a small further development: integrated travel-Lock, 4 cleaning modes (instead of 3), white and black now both have a supersoft coating, there is a flat bottom (no longer with wick), the power button no longer turns on/off too easily – it was time for a further development. We hope you like it!
Can I only use your toothpaste on happybrush StarterKits?
Don't worry, of course you can use another toothpaste. However, we recommend our happybrush toothpaste for full happybrush experience.

I have one of your previous sonic models V1 or V2. Do the new brush heads of the sonic model V3 fit on the previous model?
No, the new sonic brush heads V3 only fit the model V3 and not our previous sonic models V1 (HS02 or H02) or V2 (HS03 or HBV2, since Octobre 2017).

Anything you need. But without sodium lauryl sulfate, without triclosan, without palm oil, and microplastics free. Instead vegan!

SHIPPING

How do I get a happybrush StarterKit?
Your StarterKit will be shipped to you via DHL and is packed in a nice happybrush box delivered to your home. The delivery takes about 2-3 working days.
How do I get brush heads?
Our brush heads come in a compact cardboard box and fit easily into your mailbox! That's good for the environment, the postman and your nerves. Nobody needs the plastic packaging that can't be opened at all!
What are the shipping costs?
The minimum order value for free shipping is EUR 20. For orders under EUR 20, the shipping costs are EUR 2.90 for shipments to Germany and EUR 4.95 for shipments to Austria.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany and Austria.
How long are the delivery times?
Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive your personal tracking number, so you can see where your parcel is at the moment.
What if I'm not happy with the happybrush and want to return it?
If you are not happy or if your manual toothbrush is too jealous, you can simply return your StarterKit free of charge within the first 100 days when you have purchased in in our webshop - otherwise the return guidelines of the trading partner apply. Of course, we will refund the full purchase price and take care of the shipping costs. Just send us an email to [email protected]
